What area do you cover?

We are based in Sunderland and we cover the whole of Sunderland and surrounding area.

Can i meet the cleaner first?

Yes you are very welcome to meet the cleaner first it is actually what we would suggest. You can discuss your priorities with her. A Queens of Clean cleaner can visit you day times, evenings or weekends.

What if my regular cleaner is unwell or on holiday?

We will always call you to let you know your regular cleaner is unable to come and offer you another cleaner.

Do i need to pay extra if i want a cleaner to visit at weekends?

Yes , there is a 10% premiium for saturdays & sundays and bank holidays.
